Affiliate Agreement

The affiliate programme lets approved participants promote products on Sellzwand earn a commission on qualifying sales they refer. Participation requires an account and admin approval, and may be declined or ended at our discretion.

Commission is earned on qualifying, completed sales attributed to your referral through our tracking (referral link and attribution window). The commission rate and attribution rules are shown in your affiliate dashboard. A sale is only qualifying once payment has settled and any refund or chargeback window has passed.

Approved commissions accrue to your balance and are paid subject to minimum payout thresholds, identity verification, and our anti-fraud controls, in the same way as other payouts on the platform.

If a referred sale is refunded, reversed or charged back, the related commission is not earned and may be deducted from your balance or recovered from you.

• Self-referrals or buying through your own link to earn commission;
• Fraudulent, incentivised or fake traffic, clicks or orders;
• Misleading advertising, spam, or false claims about products or Sellzw;
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or interfering with attribution;
• Bidding on or impersonating Sellzw brand terms without permission.

We may suspend or terminate affiliate participation, and withhold or reverse commissions, for breach of this agreement, fraud, or abuse. See our Terms of Service for general account rules. Questions: courage@sellzw.com.
