Terms of Service

Sellzw is a digital marketplace operated by COURAGETHAN PVT LTD (registration no. 111201A1052026), 005 Simon Mazorodze, Gweru, Zimbabwe. It helps independent sellers list and sell digital products to buyers. Sellzw provides the marketplace and technology; sellers are the suppliers of their products.

By using the platform you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate information when creating an account, listing a product, or making a purchase. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Sellzw.

Sellers must only upload content they own or are authorised to sell and are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the quality of the files they provide, and complying with all applicable laws and intellectual-property rules. Selling on Sellzw is also governed by the Seller Agreement.

Buyers must use purchased digital products only as permitted by the seller's licence terms and must not share, resell, or misuse downloaded files unless explicitly allowed. Purchases and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Certain products, content and claims are not allowed on Sellzw. See the Prohibited Products & Acceptable Use Policy. Intellectual-property complaints are handled under our Copyright & Takedown Policy. Sellzwdoes not endorse sellers' products or claims; sellers are solely responsible for what they say about their products.

Payments are processed through the payment methods supported on the platform. Access to digital files is provided after successful payment confirmation. Sellzw may delay payouts, review accounts, or limit access if fraud, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

We may suspend listings, restrict accounts, or remove sellers and buyers who violate platform rules, engage in fraud, abuse intellectual property, or harm other users or the platform.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, and we may change, suspend or discontinue features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellzw is not liable for the products sellers sell, for disputes between buyers and sellers, or for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

You agree to indemnify Sellzw against claims and losses arising from your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe, and disputes are subject to the courts of Zimbabwe. We encourage you to contact us first at courage@sellzw.com so we can try to resolve any issue.
