Copyright & Takedown Policy
How to report content on Sellzw that infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights.
Effective date: 2026-08-20 · Version 1.0
1. Our position
Sellzw respects intellectual-property rights and expects its sellers to do the same. Sellers warrant that they own or are licensed to sell everything they list. We remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
2. How to file a takedown complaint
If you believe a product on Sellzw infringes your rights, use the "Report this product" link on the relevant product page and choose the copyright / infringement reason, or email courage@sellzw.com. Your complaint should include, in good faith:
- Identification of the work or right you say is infringed;
- The link to the specific product or content on Sellzw;
- Your name and contact details, and your relationship to the right;
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights-holder, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in your complaint is accurate.
3. What we do with a complaint
On receiving a complete complaint we may temporarily restrict or unpublish the reported product while we review it, contact the seller, request evidence of rights or licence, and remove content where appropriate. We act on complaints as promptly as reasonably practical.
4. Counter-notice
A seller who believes their content was removed in error may submit a counter-notice to courage@sellzw.com explaining why they have the right to sell the content and providing evidence. We may restore content if the complaint is withdrawn or the claim is not substantiated.
5. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly list infringing content will be suspended or terminated. Filing a knowingly false complaint or counter-notice is itself a violation of our Terms of Service.
