Prohibited Products & Acceptable Use Policy

You may not list, sell, deliver or promote any of the following on Sellzw:

• Pirated or unlicensed ebooks, courses, software, media or other copyrighted works;
• Other people's content you do not own or are not authorised to sell;
• Counterfeit goods, fake certificates, diplomas or credentials;
• Malware, viruses, hacking tools, or account-takeover / credential-stuffing material;
• Stolen data, hacked accounts, leaked databases, or personal information of others;
• Fraud guides, scam kits, carding material, or instructions to commit crimes;
• Illegal services, controlled substances, weapons, or anything unlawful in Zimbabwe;
• Sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual / exploitative material;
• Content that promotes hatred, violence or discrimination against protected groups;
• Products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, patents or other rights.

You may not make false, misleading or unsubstantiated claims about a product, or use deceptive marketing. This includes, without limitation:

• Guaranteed income, "get rich quick", or guaranteed financial returns;
• Fake testimonials, fake reviews, fabricated screenshots or fake scarcity;
• Medical, health or cure claims that are not lawful and substantiated;
• Impersonating another brand, person or Sellzw itself.

Sellzw may remove or unpublish any listing, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. Repeat or serious violations may result in permanent removal and forfeiture or hold of funds where permitted. We may also investigate suspicious activity and cooperate with law enforcement.
