Seller Agreement

Sellzw operates an online marketplace and technology platform that lets independent sellers list, sell and deliver digital products to buyers. You, the seller, are the supplier of your products. Sellzw is not the seller or reseller of your products; it provides the storefront, checkout, delivery and payment facilitation, and charges a fee for that service. You remain responsible for your products, your listings, and your dealings with buyers.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must provide accurate account and identity information and complete any verification (KYC) we require before requesting payouts. We may decline, suspend or terminate any seller account at our discretion, including for the reasons set out in this agreement.

You may only list content that you own or are fully authorised to sell. You represent and warrant that your products, and everything included in them (text, images, fonts, code, templates, audio, video and any bundled materials), do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party and comply with all applicable laws.

Your listings must be accurate and not misleading. You are responsible for the quality, fitness and delivery of your products, and for any claims you make about them. Prohibited content and prohibited claims are described in our Prohibited Products & Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

Sellzw charges a platform fee (commission) on each sale. The fee percentage in effect is shown in your dashboard and is applied to the sale amount at the time of the sale. You receive the net amount after the platform fee and any applicable affiliate commission. Payment processing is provided by our third-party payment provider; settlement currency and timing depend on that provider.

Your available balance may be withdrawn subject to minimum thresholds, identity verification, and our anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering controls. We may delay, hold or reverse payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud, chargebacks, refund exposure, policy violations, or where required by law or by our payment provider. Withdrawal limits may apply to unverified sellers.

You are responsible for product-quality disputes and for honouring refunds required by our Refund Policy and by applicable consumer law. Refunded or charged-back amounts, together with any related fees, may be deducted from your balance or recovered from you. Sellzw may mediate or decide disputes and may issue refunds from your balance where appropriate.

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting and remitting any taxes arising from your sales. Sellzw's platform fee is separate from your own tax obligations.

We may remove listings, restrict features, withhold payouts, and suspend or terminate your account if you breach this agreement, our Terms, or our policies; if you engage in fraud or abuse; if you infringe intellectual property; or if required by law or our providers. You may close your account at any time, subject to settling outstanding obligations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sellzw harmless from claims, losses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your products, your listings, your claims, your breach of this agreement, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
